Unlocking your inner Giant
Young adults experience transformation when they’re part of a supportive, peer-led community that encourages them to step outside their comfort zones and take healthy risks. Through our four pillars of Growth, Knowledge, Community, and Service, young adults feel safe to explore who they are and who they want to become. As they develop practical skills, build meaningful relationships, and discover their purpose, our culture of hard work and encouragement helps them embrace possibility, lead boldly, and inspire one another along the way.

GiANT X OAXACA 2026
Through the Giant X Oaxaca 2026 partnership, our mission is to create meaningful, lasting change by investing in people and systems that strengthen communities from within. We believe children thrive with consistent education, nourishment, and safety, and that communities grow stronger when support extends beyond short-term aid. By empowering children with learning opportunities and stability, supporting families facing economic and food challenges, and equipping Esperanza Infantil with lasting resources, we aim to build impact beyond the summer. At the same time, we cultivate globally minded young leaders who return home transformed, committed to service, humility, and purpose—because this mission is not just about charity, but partnership, dignity, and long-term impact.

Growth
We help young adults discover who they want to become and support their journey to get there. Through various leadership opportunities, young adults stretch outside their comfort zones, discovering new skills, interests, and possibilities, while building confidence and resilience as they grow into their best selves.
KNOWLEDGE
We provide organized workshops and networking events with industry leaders on practical life skills that promote professional and personal development (e.g., financial literacy, LinkedIn optimization, AI tools, interview preparation, and more).
COMMUNITY
We create spaces where young adults feel seen, supported, and connected. Through our events and experiences, young adults form relationships with each other and with industry leaders, growing their networks and support system.
Service
We give back to our community through service opportunities that help young adults discover a deeper sense of purpose. Through serving others, young adults develop servant leadership.
